Dux Mansion

A historic mansion, perfect for special occasions, overlooks Palma. Dating back to 1922, Dux Mansion is a striking house modelled on Cuban Art Deco style. It sits on a quiet residential hillside just ten minutes drive from the centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital. Exquisitely renovated by its owner architects, it retains its historic ambience while having a modern, warm, and inviting vibe.

Impressive marble entrance stairs and stucco-decorated, soaring ceilings exude elegance. Many of the original 1920s floral and geometric tiled, patterned floors have been restored, and several pieces of furniture have been designed especially to complement the architectural style. Rooms are spacious, with vibrant decor. At the heart of the house is the stunning kitchen, a cuisine connoisseur’s dream with space for several ‘cooks’. It flows into the communal living spaces, perfect for entertaining and socialising together. There’s a formal dining room seating 16 and large doors to the terraces.
